Xavier Catania - Director                               I have been in mechanical services for a total of 40 years - which includes installation of air-conditioning, estimating, CAD drawing, Project Management and a Certificate in Contract Administration. Today, my responsibilities are managing the Estimating Department, Site Management, attending site meetings and organising Production meetings within the organisation. I have also been involved in designing the software that controls the Estimating Department and work schedules. Leo Orbita - Senior Estimator                        Leo has been estimating for 20 years with a B.C. Mechanical Engineering Diploma. He has been involved in designing air-conditioning systems in Malaysia and the Philippines, and has been in Australia for 18 years. In that time he has been Project Manager, in charge of installing all types of air-conditioning equipment. Leo has been trained in using computers to calculate heat loads and estimating software, and is also in charge of purchasing all equipment needed to complete projects as set out in the specifications. He works alongside the Project Managers to make sure that equipment has been ordered to meet the builder's program. Diane Leach - Accounts Manager                             Diane has been working for a number of years in the role of Pay Mistress and Bookkeeper for various companies. Her responsibility within the company is to keep all accounts and invoicing on computer software, controlling all job costing, stocktaking and time cards. As a small company, Diane is involved with other matters; such as organising service calls and maintenance, assisting with tenders, and the preparation of manuals.
